On September 21st Ord FFA members along with Advisor Mr. Dave Ference and Mrs. Chrisinda Ritz took off heading to Custer County for range judging. We are proud of the dedication they showed while competing throughout the day and are excited to be announcing that we will be bringing two teams from both the Sr. and Jr. division to the state competition. Our results starting with the junior team are; Elliot Baker in 12th, Cheyenne Reineke in 21st, Dawson Thompson in 37th, and Gage Kolar placing 53 also well as competitors including Drue Mckay, Colton Thompson, Stetsen Lytle, Gunner Rice, Gentry Racek, Lillie Shoemaker, and Trinity Chatfield. Our top junior team placed 5th overall! Now results in the senior team are; Adam Knapp in 9th, William Skibinski in 22nd, Ryder Reineke in 25th, and Makayla Wray in 35th, other competitors include Bailey Setlik, Hannah Klein, Bridger Rice, and Ethan Wadas. The top senior team was able to place 4th overall! The Ord FFA chapter has had great success and can’t wait to show our skills at state.
