Seven members of the Chanticleer Cross Country team were named to the LouPlatte Conference All-Conference teams this past week.  Earning first team all-conference honors were Masaki Arisawa, Garret Severance, and Elijah Pollard.  Arisawa finished 2nd, Severance 3rd, and Pollard 5th in the conference race to earn the award.  Second team all-conference honors went Grady Moudry who finished 8th in the race at conference.  Named as honorable mention all-conference were Izzy Jeffres, Skylar Kokes, and Owen Lane.  Jeffres finished 13th in the meet while Kokes was 14th.  Lane was unable to compete in the meet due to an ankle injury but was recognized by the coaches for his performances earlier in the season. “This is the most members of our team being named all-conference that I can remember in the past several years”, Coach Derry Trampe stated.  “I am proud of the efforts of these students.  They have worked hard all season and it is nice to see them rewarded for their efforts.”
