Over the summer, we have planned maintenance projects that will require the stadium, field, and track to be closed for short periods of time. When we paint, fertilize, or make repairs, it is not safe for community members to be on the track, field, or stadium. We realize that many of our community members use the track for exercise so wanted to communicate this information and keep everyone safe. If the walk-through gate is locked and closed, the track, field, and stadium is also closed. If the gate is unlocked, please feel free to use the facilities for exercise. Thank you for your cooperation.

Ord students in grades 7-12 interested in participating in cross country next fall should email Mr. Trampe at dtrampe@ordps.org. If you would like a summer running log, please let Mr. Trampe know. Please run on your own over the summer. There will be no group runs this summer.
OHS Students: Please return all school related materials to the high school front office by May 22nd. Materials include textbooks, library books, chromebooks, etc. Please bring materials in a plastic sack with your name on it. See you soon!
Ord Elementary end of the year student material pick up is TODAY from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. We encourage you to keep your Chromebook, but if you would like to return it, please do so along with any library books or school materials.

Head volleyball coach Riley Smith is having a zoom meeting for Ord high school girls interested in playing volleyball. The meeting is Tuesday, May 19 @ 10:00 am. If you have not signed up for the team and would like to attend the meeting, contact Coach Smith at rsmith@ordps.org.
Ord Elementary parents/guardians please pick up your student’s end of the year materials, awards and certificates at OES on Monday, May 18th between 8AM-5PM. Much like morning drop off, please stay in your vehicle and we will deliver your student's materials curbside. Simply pull up and staff will deliver the materials to you. We encourage you to keep your student's Chromebook for extended learning throughout the summer. If you do not want the responsibility of the Chromebooks over the summer, please return it and any library books on this day.
